Attorneys work through issues such as hearsay, foundation, relevance, privilege, authentication, and expert testimony, then choose the next move while the facts are still fresh.

The approved activity is the Objection Academy Complete Module. It carries 3.0 general credits; it does not satisfy an Alaska ethics-credit requirement. Before beginning for credit, check the current MCLE eligibility details and confirm that the Alaska credit path is available in the app. Complete the course requirements and retain your completion record for your Alaska Bar reporting.
