Credit eligibility built around real objection training
Objection Academy is designed to help litigators sharpen evidence instincts and courtroom decision-making, and eligible users can also complete MCLE credit workflows in supported jurisdictions.
MCLE/CLE approvals cover Alaska, California, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and West Virginia attorneys. New York attorneys may also claim credit under its Approved Jurisdiction policy. Tennessee is approved for 3.0 general CLE credit hours beginning October 1, 2026. App availability can lag an approval; confirm your state's credit path is available in your installed app before beginning for credit.

Alaska
Alaska CLE-approved. Eligible attorneys can receive 3.0 general CLE credits (0 ethics) after completing the course requirements.
California
Eligible users can receive 3.0 MCLE credit hours through Objection Academy’s California provider approval workflow.
Florida
Florida CLE-approved. Eligible Florida attorneys can receive 3.0 general CLE credit hours after completing the course requirements.
Illinois
Illinois MCLE-approved. Eligible Illinois attorneys can receive 3.0 general MCLE credit hours after completing the course requirements.
Kansas
Kansas CLE-approved. Eligible Kansas attorneys can receive up to 3.5 general CLE credit hours after completing the course requirements.
Louisiana
Louisiana CLE-approved. Eligible Louisiana attorneys can receive 3.0 general CLE credit hours after completing the course requirements, through June 30, 2027.
New York
Eligible users may claim 3.0 credit hours under New York's Approved Jurisdiction policy.
North Carolina
North Carolina CLE-approved. Eligible North Carolina attorneys can receive 3.0 general CLE credit hours after completing the course requirements.
Pennsylvania
Objection Academy is an accredited Pennsylvania distance-learning provider (ID 12893). The Complete Module is approved for 3.0 substantive CLE credits (0 ethics).
Texas
Texas MCLE-approved. Eligible Texas attorneys can receive 2.75 general MCLE credit hours after completing the course requirements. Course no. 174317972; sponsor no. A18299.
Washington
The Complete Module is approved as WSBA MCLE Activity 2092207 for 3.0 Law & Legal credits. Washington attorneys self-report on-demand completion in the WSBA MCLE Online System.
West Virginia
West Virginia CLE-approved. Eligible West Virginia attorneys can receive 3.0 general CLE credit hours after completing the course requirements.
What this means
MCLE treatment depends on the attorney's jurisdiction, format rules, and completion requirements. The app experience can be the same while reporting and eligibility requirements differ by state.

New York attorneys may rely on the separate Approved Jurisdiction pathway. Washington attorneys should use Activity 2092207 when reporting. Tennessee credit becomes available October 1, 2026.
