Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Objection Academy application, website, and related services operated by Examp, LLC ("Examp," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Objection Academy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Educational Purpose Only
Objection Academy is an educational and training tool for attorneys, law students, and other learners. It is designed to help users practice objections, evidence analysis, courtroom decision-making, and related skills. The Service does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not a substitute for professional legal judgment in any actual matter, case, hearing, trial, or client representation.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape or extract content at scale, reverse engineer protected portions of the Service, circumvent access restrictions, use the Service to violate applicable law, or use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of Examp or any third party.
AI-Powered Features and Generated Content
Some features of Objection Academy may rely on artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, including features such as trial simulations, jury simulations, scenario generation, and educational content generation. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific jurisdiction, court, judge, evidentiary posture, or legal issue. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and independently verifying any output before relying on it.
Examp does not warrant that any AI-generated or automated output is correct, admissible, available, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You agree that the Service may produce different outputs for similar prompts or scenarios, and that such outputs are offered for educational use only.
No Warranty as to Legal Outcomes
Objection Academy does not guarantee any legal, academic, professional, licensing, bar-exam, trial, courtroom, or continuing education outcome. Your use of the Service does not guarantee improved performance, a favorable verdict, admissibility ruling, exam result, employment outcome, or MCLE accreditation result.
MCLE and Continuing Education Information
If the Service references MCLE or continuing education opportunities, that information is provided for convenience and is subject to applicable rules, eligibility requirements, reporting obligations, jurisdiction-specific standards, and third-party or regulator approval processes. You remain solely responsible for determining whether credit is available, whether you are eligible, and whether any completion or reporting requirements have been satisfied.
User Content
You are responsible for any information, prompts, scenarios, facts, text, or other content you submit through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that your submissions do not violate any law, confidentiality obligation, court order, protective order, privilege restriction, or third-party right. You should not submit sensitive, confidential, privileged, or personally identifying information unless you have independently determined that doing so is appropriate and lawful.
Third-Party Services
Objection Academy uses or may use third-party platforms, infrastructure, and AI providers to operate portions of the Service. Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms, policies, and availability of those third parties. Examples of third-party services used in connection with the Service include:

Examp is not responsible for failures caused by your device, operating system, connectivity, carrier, app marketplace, or other third-party environment.
