Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Objection Academy website, AuthorityCheck, and mobile application (together, the "Services") provided by Examp, LLC. It explains the limited information used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The mobile application does not require registration. The website may process ordinary request data such as a shortened or hashed IP address, a browser identifier, and aggregate usage information for security and rate limiting. If you request an editor sign-in link or join a list, the Service Provider processes the email address you submit for that purpose.
AuthorityCheck processes the nonconfidential text you choose to submit. Raw submitted text is scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Private result records expire after seven days; hashes and aggregate, non-content telemetry may be retained to measure abuse and reliability. Do not submit privileged, sealed, confidential, or identifying client information.
Objection Authority MCP tools process search terms, citations, and other tool inputs transiently to return public-source results. The MCP service does not intentionally retain raw tool inputs or send them to a separate AI model provider. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request metadata to deliver and protect the service.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
AuthorityCheck may send the submitted claim and retrieved public authority passages to configured AI model providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, for independent source-support review. The Service Provider also uses hosting, database, object-storage, email, and analytics vendors as needed to operate the Services. Those providers receive information only for the relevant service function and are governed by their own terms and privacy commitments.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop mobile-app processing by uninstalling it and stop website processing by discontinuing use. You may contact the Service Provider to ask about deletion of information associated with an email address you submitted. AuthorityCheck inputs are automatically subject to the deletion periods described above.
Children
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (dylan@examp.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Security
The Service Provider uses access controls, signed private-result links, content-minimized logs, and retention limits designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, which is why AuthorityCheck does not accept confidential client material.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-07-13.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
