The Washington State Bar Association has approved the Objection Academy Complete Module as MCLE Activity 2092207 for 3.0 Law & Legal credits. The approved activity lists a July 1, 2026 start date.
The course is built around decisions trial lawyers have to make quickly: whether an objection applies, what foundation is missing, and how an answer or exhibit affects the next step. Its on-demand drills cover recurring evidence issues, including hearsay, relevance, privilege, authentication, and expert proof.
How Washington attorneys can use the approval
Washington attorneys should check Objection Academy's current MCLE eligibility details and confirm that the Washington credit path is available in the app before starting for credit. After completing an approved recorded or on-demand activity, Washington lawyers self-report their attendance in the WSBA MCLE Online System. Use Activity ID 2092207, keep the completion certificate, and record the viewing date.
The approval email identifies the activity; our team confirmed the 3.0 Law & Legal credit amount in the WSBA system. Verify the record for Activity 2092207 when reporting your own completion.
We are glad Washington attorneys have another way to pair continuing education with practical courtroom rehearsal.
